CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All conference registration cancellation requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by December 31, 2020. Please include your name, organization name and email address. Refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations by December 31, 2020, minus $50 per registration in administrative fees. Refunds will not be issued on or after January 1, 2021. Refunds will not be given for no shows.
A transfer of your full registration to another individual is allowed prior to the conference by submitting your request in writing to email@example.com. Please include your name, organization name and email address and then the name, organization name and the email address of the person who you are transferring your registration to.
PHOTOGRAPHS, AUDIO AND VIDEO POLICY
By registering as an attendee of the 2021 ServTracker User Conference, you hereby grant Accessible Solutions the right and permission to use, publish and republish photographs, video or audio of you or images of which you may be included, in whole, part or composite, in any printed or electronic matter or media for any legal purpose; and to use your name in conjunction if Accessible Solutions so chooses. By registering for the conference you discharge Accessible Solutions from any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs, images or information.
