Rate: Hotel Room Rate is $159 per night + $19 resort fee per night. Our conference room block is now sold out. The hotel will take reservations as long as they have openings, but once they are full, you must find another hotel for your stay.

  • There are limited rooms in our room block so booking early ensures you obtain lodging.
  • If rooming with a another agency staff member, please provide both names when you reserve the room.
  • You can make hotel reservations by calling 800-588-4656 but must reference you are an attendee of the 2020 ServTracker User Conference to receive special rate. Making reservations online is easy with the link above as it sends you to the Accessible Solutions reservation page.
  • If you are a no show, you will be charged a one night’s stay plus all applicable taxes and fees.

2020 ServTracker User Conference Cancellation and Substitution Policy

All conference registration cancellation requests must be made in writing to by December 31, 2019.  Please include your name, organization name and email address.  Refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations by December 31, 2019, minus $50 per registration in administrative fees.  Refunds will not be issued on or after January 1, 2020.  Refunds will not be given for no shows.


A transfer of your full registration to another individual is allowed prior to the conference by submitting your request in writing to  Please include your name, organization name and email address and then the name, organization name and the email address of the person who you are transferring your registration to.
