Children and Family Services (CFS) of Hawaii has joined the Accessible Solution family as one of a growing list of organizations choosing to use SERVtracker. CFS of Hawaii asked us to initially focus on the Honolulu Gerontolgy Program Adult Chore Services program, which provides in-home chore services to clients screened by the Hawaii Department of Human Services.
The Honolulu Gerontology Program (HGP) began in 1980 under the auspices of the Honolulu Medical Group Research and Education Foundation to provide assistance to frail elderly persons living in the community. Child and Family Service began its services to the elderly in 1985 by incorporating the HGP into the organization. The seven CFS Gerontology programs combined now serve more than 1,600 elderly individuals on Oahu per year.
“This is a great opportunity for Accessible Solutions to help an organization like HGP gain efficiencies in the services they are providing to elderly persons living in their community” explains Greg Prosser, President of Accessible Solutions. “We look forward to expanding our relationship over the years to come.”
