At Accessible Solutions, Inc. (ASI) health and safety are a top priority. We are closely monitoring the impacts of the COVID-19 virus. We understand how critical our software and support are for our customers and this affects every decision we make. Our priority is to ensure our customers can service their customers. The aging population is clearly the most vulnerable and susceptible with this pandemic. Making sure those individuals get the nutrition and in-home services required during this time is critical. Our staff understand this and we our motivated to help you deliver services to help with their safety and security.
We will continue to follow the guidelines published by the federal government as well as the Center for Disease Control (CDC). We are also monitoring the recommendations of the World Health Organizations (WHO). We have reviewed and updated our Disaster Recovery Plan and have implemented several aspects of this already.
We are fully operational and do not anticipate this changing at any time during this crisis. We quickly implemented remote work environments for most of our staff and this will continue for the near term. Our agility is based upon preparation and planning that we have done in anticipation of disasters. Our security and compliance team focus on ensuring nothing stands in the way of service to our customers. Data is secure and accessible to our customers at all times. All systems used by ASI staff are web hosted and internet based. This has given us the flexibility we required and has was part of an initiative we began several years ago.
A few things we have done over the last several weeks:
- We are maintaining a clean and healthy work space.
- We have implemented temporary policies for sick time and travel.
- All staff are able to work from remote locations and most are doing so.
- We have confirmed all of our vendors also have Disaster Recovery Plans and are taking necessary precautions.
At this time, we do not have any concerns about the availability of our software, your data or our ability to support your organizations. We will continue to send updates as they become available.
