Using Microsoft Azure data center hosting services for our ServTracker customers helps maintain our priority focus areas of reliability, redundancy, performance, security and compliance.



Accessible Solutions, in combination with Azure hosting infrastructure, maintains the currently established HIPAA Security and Privacy standards set forth in 45 CFR Parts 160 & 164 detailing the appropriate safeguards to protect the privacy of personal health information, sets limits and conditions on the uses and disclosures that may be made of such information without patient authorization.

The Azure platform utilized by ServTracker holds a SOC 2 Certification. Developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), SOC 2 defines criteria for managing customer data based on five “trust service principles”—security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy.
