HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN?
If you are experiencing trouble logging into the client portal on your agency’s website, please follow these steps first:
- Contact the local senior services agency that provides your services.
- Ask for the service coordinator of the service you are receiving (senior center/recreation center activities, or home-delivered meal services, for example) and verify your login credentials.
- Tell the coordinator that you are speaking with that you are trying to login to the ServTracker client portal that they are using for tracking your services and information.
