HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN?

If you are experiencing trouble logging into the client portal on your agency’s website, please follow these steps first:

  1. Contact the local senior services agency that provides your services.
  2. Ask for the service coordinator of the service you are receiving (senior center/recreation center activities, or home-delivered meal services, for example) and verify your login credentials.
  3. Tell the coordinator that you are speaking with that you are trying to login to the ServTracker client portal that they are using for tracking your services and information.
