WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18

See how we are using Geoservices technologies in various areas of ServTracker to help assist agencies with the delivery of their services.

  • Multi-Purpose Centers: Attendance Tracking Automation 

Senior centers, congregate dining and adult day service providers must track daily attendance of their clients, which is a labor-intensive process. Learn various ways to simplify the capture of this data.

  • Case Management: Maximizing the Case Management Module

Explore new functionality and features of the case management module that include Care Plan, Case Notes (electronic signatures), Contact scheduling and Vendor Notifications.

  • Senior Centers: Class Scheduling & Online Portal

Create custom class schedules for facility activities and room reservations.  Learn different options that are available and how the class scheduler integrates with the touch screen application and the new online class registration portal

Don will discuss current events in the Nutrition Services Industry and road map for the future.

  • Accounting: Automating Managed Care & Medicaid Billing with EDI Transmissions

During this workshop, users will learn how to automate the process of billing Medicaid or Private Insurance (MCO) funding companies with the Electronic Data Interchange billing module in ServTracker. A current ServTracker customer from Dayton, OH will participate in this workshop to discuss how this has benefited their organization.

  • Nutrition: Holiday Meal Management

Learn how to quickly and easily modify meal delivery rosters due to expected changes during holiday periods.

4:15 – 5:00 pm            Doing Business with ASI

Discuss procedures for modifying / expanding user counts or add-on modules.  Q & A with our National Sales Manager.

 

THURSDAY, JANUARY 19

  • Accounting: Invoice & Transaction Management

This overview of billing capabilities illustrates how ServTracker manages private pay billing as well as sliding fee, copay and funding source invoicing.

  • Nutrition: Meal Choice Functionality & Online Order Integration

Learn how ServTracker manages full choice meal offerings. Enter client orders and produce production and delivery reports. This functionality has now been expanded to allow consumer driven online ordering via our new client portal system.

10:00 – 11:15 am       WORKSHOPS 

  • Home Care: How to Reconcile Client/ Employee Hours with Mobile App Technology (EVV)

This workshop covers how to send data from the ServTracker scheduler to the mobile app, how an employee interacts with the app on their device, and how managers can see employee service delivery through the mobile dashboard. See how to capture all of your employee attendance in ServTracker and reconcile actual hours worked. In addition, learn about our new integration with HHA Exchange.

  • Nutrition: Optimizing Service Management of Home Delivered Meals

Learn best practices for creating and editing daily service units. Learn how to use the different views available, edit data, post service units and modify meal functionality to simplify batch data updates.

This session will give you valuable information to help you and your staff shave valuable time off day-to-day operational interaction with ServTracker

    Catriona Carlisle, Executive Director, Meals on Wheels Greenville

This interactive workshop will show you how to run a nutritional program with $0 from federal or state governments (and not charge the consumer). Learn how MOW Greenville has used the power of fundraising to reduce the dependency on federal and state funding for their nutrition program.

  • Home Delivered Meals: Knowledge Exchange 

Join your peers using the home delivered meal application. Collaborate on how you each use the software and walk away with new ideas and new contacts.

  • General: Email and Automated System Notifications

Discuss the ability to send email and text notifications from within ServTracker, including care plan referrals, invoices, volunteer reminders and client notifications

FRIDAY, JANUARY 20

8:45 – 10:00 am           Reporting: Make the Query Builder Work for You!

There are many ways to take advantage of our built in query builder tool within the ServTracker reports module.  Learn important tricks and methods to get the numbers you want.  Hint…Criteria and Excel are important components.

10:15 – 11:15 am          General Workshop: Maximizing Your Customer Service Experience
ASI support staff will review various elements of the support options available to our customers.  This will include a review of our support services as a whole, our email support, phone support and website support.

11:30 – 12:00 pm         Q & A & Closing Comments with President and Chief Executive Officer Greg Prosser
